Secretary and Secretary+

This service informs you about the calls that you were not able to receive as a result of your line being busy, or your phone being switched off, or being out of coverage.

You receive a short message containing the caller’s phone number, call date and time.

In case the line is busy, you receive the messages immediately. If the phone is switched off or you are out of coverage, then, as soon as you become reachable, the "Secretary" will meet you with the messages containing missed call details.

By the way, you can activate “Secretary+” service, and the subscribers, whose calls you miss, will be notified via message that you are available.

Messages are not sent;

•If the caller uses CIR or "Pahmtoci" service
•IF You are using Call Forward service

The services are free of charge for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers and are also available in roaming.

Notes

• “Secretary+” service is unavailable in case of international calls and calls to other networks.
• The services are available in roaming, if the roaming partner also supports the corresponding services.
