Do not miss any important call. The Call Waiting feature (CW) informs you that another party is trying to reach you, while you are on another call. You can answer the incoming call, reject it or simply ignore it.

The Call Holding feature (CH) allows you to place an active call on hold and initiate another one or answer an incoming call. The active and on-hold calls can be freely interchanged.

Notes

 

  • The service is available for prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
  • The active and on-hold calls are charged at the tariffs set for the tariff plan of the subscriber.
  • The service is available in roaming.
  • The service cannot be used in case of having an active call with 112/911 numbers.
  • One active and one on-hold call are supported by Viva network. In order to answer the third incoming call, the subscriber must end the active or on-hold call. 
  • The service is also available for calls made using VoLTE technology.
