How to switch to the tariff plan
  • If you are subscribed to “Viva”, “YES”, “GO”, “Alo We”, “Dialect” tariff plans,

    send the *208*1200# command.

  • If you are subscribed to a postpaid tariff plan,

    Visit the nearest service center with your passport or ID card.

    Our employees will be happy to help you switch to the "VOXI" tariff plan.

    • If you are a subscriber of another operator,

      You can switch to the "Viva" network and activate the "VOXI" tariff plan while keeping your phone number.

      Simply visit the nearest service center with your passport or ID card, and our employees will take care of the rest.

  • If you are a subscriber of the "UNLIM", "UNLIM Basic", "Sun", "Sun Regional", "START", "START+", "X", "Y" or "Z" tariff plan,

    send the *208*1200# command, to switch to “VOXI” right away,

    send the *208*1200*1#, to switch upon expiration of your current option’s activity period.

  • If you are a subscriber of the "Viva" or "TOURIST UNLIM" tariff plan,

to switch to “VOXI” tariff plan you first need to send the *208*2500*2# command and then recharge your account balance.

Notes
  • Viva bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
  • Subscribers of the following prepaid tariff plans can switch to the tariff plan via USSD command: “UNLIM”, “UNLIM Basic”, “TOURIST UNLIM”, “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “START”, “START+”, “Viva”, “Darbar”, “ES”, “GO”, “Alo We”, “Sun” and “Sun Regional”. Subscribers of other tariff plans must contact the Viva service center with a passport or identification card to switch to the tariff plan.
  • The validity period of a mobile card activated for the first time is 105 days.
  • If at the time of activation of the “VOXI” tariff plan the validity period of the mobile card has expired or will expire before the expiration of the packages provided by the tariff plan, then at the time of activation of the packages the validity period of the mobile card is extended, allowing you to use the packages until the expiration of the packages provided by the tariff plan.
  • The "VOXI" tariff plan does not include a basic Internet package.
  • “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super BIT+”, “Super Pair” and “Super 0 Daily” services are available to subscribers with an active package of the “VOXI” tariff plan.
  • It is recommended to activate the “Super 0 Daily” service only in case of not having active packages provided by the tariff plan. In case of activating the “Super 0 Daily” service while having active packages within tariff plan, the minutes of the mentioned service will be used after consuming the embedded minutes embedded within the tariff plan.
  • Services provided by “VOXI” tariff plan are nullified after the expiration of the 30-day validity period.
  • The airtime and the opportunity to send SMS provided by the tariff plan are not automatically prolonged or available in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
  • Packages provided by “VOXI” tariff plan can be used within 30 days after the activation. One can reactivate the packages of the current tariff plan before the expiration of the activity period by dialing *208*4#: in case of reactivation, the activity period of the new packages is 30 days from the moment of activation of the new packages.
  • When making calls to Viva phone numbers, first the 500-minute package is consumed, then the 10 000 minutes of on-net airtime provided by “VOXI” tariff plan.
  • In case there are sufficient funds on the subscriber’s account after the expiration of the validity period of the packages provided by “VOXI” tariff plan, the activation fee is charged, and the activation of packages is automatically prolonged, otherwise, the service is deactivated, and the subscriber continues using services at the tariffs set for the tariff plan. The activation of the packages is automatically prolonged once there are sufficient funds on the account.
  • It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during activation or auto-prolongation of the packages provided by “VOXI” tariff plan, as the activation may fail because of technical issues.
  • In case of sufficient funds on the account balance, the packages of services within the tariff plan “VOXI” are considered as activated only after receiving a notifying SMS.
  • Direct calls to MTS Russia can be made to phone numbers starting with the following codes: MTS Russia: +791, +798, +79780, +79781, +79782, +79787, +79788, +7495, +7499, +790835.
  • Direct calls to “t2” can be made to phone numbers starting with the codes in the list.
  • The offer for direct calls to the Russian “t2” network is available till 05.11.2025 (inclusive).[RA1] 
  • Viva does not guarantee the provision of calls to “MTS Russia” and “t2” in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported from another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
  • When calling to a Viva phone number, which has switched to another mobile network within mobile number portability service, the subscriber first consumes the airtime for calls to other networks (if available), and in case of their unavailability, the calls are charged in accordance with the tariffs set for the subscriber’s current tariff plan.
  • To replenish the amount of balance insufficient on your account and to activate the main and additional packages within “VOXI” prepaid tariff plan, the subscriber can use the “Recharge+” service.
  • “+10GB”, “+20GB”, “+Premium”, “+Unlim”, “+Unlim for 3 hours” services are available within the “VOXI” tariff plan.
  •  “+100 minutes” and “+300 minutes” services are available to subscribers of “VOXI” tariff plan with active packages.
  • The “+3GB” service is not available for subscribers of the “VOXI” prepaid tariff plan.
  • The service of exchanging online minutes for megabytes is not available for subscribers of the “VOXI” prepaid tariff plan.
