The “Number Re-registration” service allows a Viva subscriber to re-register a number under another person’s name. The service is applied in cases of number transfer (for example, sale, donation, or transfer between family members), or when it is necessary to register it with the actual user data.
The fee for the “Number Re-registration” service is 500 AMD*. After completion of the process, all rights and obligations related to the use of the number are transferred to the new subscriber.
To use the service, both the current subscriber of the number and the new subscriber must be present in person at a Viva service center with identification documents.
* For physical persons, in case of re-registering numbers in the “Bronze”, “Silver”, “Gold”, “Platinum”, “Diamond”, “Elite”, and “Premium” categories, the cost of the number is also charged, except when the number has been used for at least 24 months.
For legal entities, in case of re-registering numbers in the “Bronze”, “Silver”, “Gold”, “Platinum”, “Diamond”, “Elite”, and “Premium” categories, the cost of the number is also charged, except when the number has been used for at least 6 months. For subscribers of the corporate “Smart Business” tariff plans, in case of re-registering numbers in the “Bronze”, “Silver”, “Gold” and “Platinum” categories, the cost of the number is also charged if the re-registration is performed before the end of the mandatory subscription period defined by the tariff plan conditions.
