Wi-Fi Calling

• When you are in an underground area where the mobile connection is unstable, but a Wi-Fi network is available,
• When you need to make calls and send SMSs in a semi-basement area, such as cafes, where there are mobile connection problems, but there is a stable Wi-Fi,
• When you are at a summer house where there are fluctuations in mobile connection availability,
• When you are abroad and forgot to activate the roaming, or you simply want to make direct calls or send SMSs,
• When you are in a crowded place and the mobile network is overloaded.

• Wi-Fi Calling allows to make calls and send SMSs through Wi-Fi when the mobile network signal is weak or unavailable.
• While travelling, your phone automatically uses Wi-Fi instead of the mobile network; and the tariffs set by your current tariff plan apply when making or receiving calls and SMSs using the technology.
• When calling with Wi-Fi Calling, it is not mandatory for the recipient to have a Wi-Fi Calling-compatible smartphone or an active Wi-Fi Calling to answer the call.
• Making calls and sending SMSs through Wi-Fi Calling don’t require activating roaming or downloading any OTT app.

• have a smartphone with the appropriate Wi-Fi Calling function installed and activated by the manufacturer for our region,
• connect to any Wi-Fi network,
• activate Wi-Fi Calling in the smartphone settings.
