Payment and recharge

There are many ways to pay for Viva postpaid services and to recharge prepaid cards. Below you can find the available payment/recharge methods, depending on where you are.

Possible balance of the prepaid card is AMD 90000 and maximum validity period is 1024 days. The validity period provided during the recharge depends on the recharge amount.

Top-up

Prepaid cards can also be recharged at the continuously growing network of points of sale via the “Top-up” service.

* The amount charged on the balance of account of another subscriber by mistake cannot be transferred back to the balance of the subscriber in case the receiving party has already spent the amount.
