How to switch to the tariff plan

Viva bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of Internet service. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
“Viva”, “Dialect”, “YES”, “GO”, “Alo We”, “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “UNLIM”, “UNLIM Basic”, “START”, “START+”, “Sun”, “Sun Regional”, “VOXI”, “TOURIST UNLIM” prepaid tariff plans subscribers can switch to the tariff plan via USSD command.
If at the time of activation of the “UNLIM START” tariff plan, the validity period of the mobile card has expired or will expire before the expiration of the package provided by the tariff plan, then at the time of activation of the package, the validity period of the mobile card is extended, allowing you to use the package until the expiration of the package provided by the tariff plan.
“BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super BIT+, “Super Couple” services can be activated only in case of not having active package provided by the tariff plan.
The “BIT” service for the 3^rd party is available for the subscribers of “UNLIM START” prepaid TP with inactive package.
The “Super 0 Daily” service is available to subscribers of the “UNLIM START” tariff plan.
Services provided by “UNLIM START” tariff plan are nullified after the expiration of the 30-day validity period, and the opportunity to use unlimited Internet embedded within the tariff plan without consuming the main Internet package, is blocked.
The opportunity to use airtime, sending SMS and unlimited Internet provided by the tariff plan without consuming the main Internet package, are not automatically prolonged or available in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
In case the package provided by “UNLIM START” tariff plan are not reactivated after the expiration of the 30-day validity period, the subscriber can activate “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super BIT+”, “Super Couple” services providing daily Internet packages.
It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during activation or auto-prolongation of the packages provided by “UNLIM START” tariff plans, as the activation may fail because of technical issues.
In case of sufficient funds on the account balance, the packages of services within the “UNLIM START” tariff plan are considered as activated only after receiving a notifying SMS.
Direct calls to MTS Russia can be made to phone numbers starting with the following codes: MTS Russia: +791, +798, +79780, +79781, +79782, +79787, +79788, +7495, +7499, +790835.
Direct calls to “t2” can be made to phone numbers starting with the codes in the list.
Viva does not guarantee the provision of calls to “MTS Russia” and “t2” in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported from another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
When calling to a Viva phone number, which has switched to another mobile network within mobile number portability service, the subscriber first consumes the airtime for calls to other networks (if available), and in case of their unavailability, the calls are charged in accordance with the tariffs set for the subscriber’s current tariff plan․
To replenish the amount of balance insufficient on the account and to activate the main and additional packages within “UNLIM START” prepaid tariff plan, subscribers can use “Recharge +” service.
Within the framework of the “UNLIM STRAT” tariff plan, services are provided on the condition of bona fide use, namely, a 200 GB Internet package is provided for each 30-day period, with a maximum available speed of 50 Mbps, after which the Internet speed decreases to 512 Kbit/s.
The amount of used Internet can be checked in the “My Viva” mobile application. Download the “My Viva” application in the “Play Store” / “App Store”.
“+100 minutes” and “+300 minutes” services are available to subscribers of “UNLIM START” tariff plan with active packages.
Once the 200 GB high-speed Internet package is used up, subscribers can activate the “+3GB”, “+10GB”, “+20GB”, “+Premium”, “+Unlim”, “+Unlim for 3 hours” services.
Package provided by “UNLIM START” prepaid tariff plan can be used within 30 days after the activation. One can reactivate the packages of the current tariff plan before the expiration of the activity period by dialing *208*4#: in case of reactivation, the activity period of the new packages is 30 days from the moment of activation of the new packages.
In case there are sufficient funds on the subscriber’s account after the expiration of the validity period of the packages provided by “UNLIM START” prepaid tariff plan, the activation fee is charged, and the activation of packages is automatically prolonged, otherwise, the service is deactivated, and the subscriber continues using services at the tariffs set for the tariff plan. The activation of the packages is automatically prolonged once there are sufficient funds on the account.
The validity period of the mobile card activated for the first time is 105 days.
