How to switch to the tariff plan
  • If you are subscribed to “Viva”, “YES”, “GO”, “Alo We”, “Dialect” tariff plans
  • Simply send *208*2999# command

  • If you are subscribed to a postpaid tariff plan
  • Visit a nearby service center with your passport or ID card. Our employees will gladly help you to switch to “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan.

  • If you are subscribed to another operator’s network
  • You can switch to Viva network preserving your phone number, free of charge. Then you can activate “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan. To join Viva network, simply visit a nearby service center with your passport or ID card. Our employees will take care of the rest.

  • If you are subscribed to “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “UNLIM”, “START” or “START+” tariff plan:
  • Send *208*2999# to switch to “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan immediately,

    Send *208*2999*1# to switch to the tariff plan after the expiration of the validity period of the current option.

  • If you are “Viva” tariff plan subscriber:
  • to switch to “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan you first need to send the *208*4500*2# command and then recharge your account balance.

Notes
  • Viva bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
  • “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “UNLIM”, “START”, “START+”, “Viva”, “Dialect”, “YES”, “GO”, “Alo We” prepaid tariff plans subscribers can switch to the tariff plan via USSD command. Other tariff plan subscribers should apply to a Viva service center with a passport or ID card in order to switch to the tariff plan.
  • The validity period of the mobile card activated for the first time is 105 days.
  • If the mobile card validity period expires during the activity period of “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan option, the services within packages provided by the tariff plan are suspended until the account is recharged, otherwise, they are terminated.
  • “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “”Super BIT+, “Super Couple” services can be activated only in case of not having active packages provided by the tariff plan.
  • The “BIT” service for the 3rd party is available for the subscribers of “UNLIM Basic” prepaid TP with inactive packages.
  • It is recommended to activate the “Super 0 Daily” service only in case of not having active packages provided by the tariff plan. In case of having active packages provided within the tariff plan and activating the “Super 0 Daily” service, the embedded minutes provided within the tariff plan are consumed first; the minutes provided by the service are consumed after.
  • Services provided by “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan are nullified after the expiration of the 30-day validity period, and the opportunity to use unlimited Internet embedded within the tariff plan without consuming the main Internet package, is blocked.
  • The opportunity to use airtime, sending SMS and unlimited Internet provided by the tariff plan without consuming the main Internet package, are not automatically prolonged or available in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
  • Packages provided by “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan can be used within 30 days after the activation. One can reactivate the packages of the current tariff plan before the expiration of the activity period by dialing *208*4#: in case of reactivation, the activity period of the new packages is 30 days from the moment of activation of the new packages.
  • When making calls to Viva phone numbers, first the 200-minute package is consumed, then the 10 000 minutes of on-net airtime provided by “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan.
  • In case the packages provided by “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan are not reactivated after the expiration of the 30-day validity period, the subscriber can activate “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super BIT+”, “Super Couple” services providing daily Internet packages.
  • In case there are sufficient funds on the subscriber’s account after the expiration of the validity period of the packages provided by “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan, the activation fee is charged, and the activation of packages is automatically prolonged, otherwise, the service is deactivated, and the subscriber continues using services at the tariffs set for the tariff plan. The activation of the packages is automatically prolonged once there are sufficient funds on the account.
  • It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during activation or auto-prolongation of the packages provided by “UNLIM Basic” tariff plans, as the activation may fail because of technical issues.
  • In case of sufficient funds on the account balance, the packages of services within the “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan are considered as activated only after receiving a notifying SMS.
  • Direct calls to MTS Russia can be made to phone numbers starting with the following codes: MTS Russia: +791, +798, +79780, +79781, +79782, +79787, +79788, +7495, +7499, +790835.
  • Direct calls to “t2” can be made to phone numbers starting with the codes in the list.
  • The offer for direct calls to the Russian “t2” network is available from 05.05.2025 till 05.08.2025 (inclusive).
  • Viva does not guarantee the provision of calls to “MTS Russia” and “t2” in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported from another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
  • When calling to a Viva phone number, which has switched to another mobile network within mobile number portability service, the subscriber first consumes the airtime for calls to other networks (if available), and in case of their unavailability, the calls are charged in accordance with the tariffs set for the subscriber’s current tariff plan․
  • To replenish the amount of balance insufficient on the account and to activate the main and additional packages within “UNLIM Basic” prepaid tariff plan, subscribers can use  “Recharge +” service.
  • Note: one can also subscribe to the tariff plan without its active packages. In case of refilling the account in the amount of AMD 2999 or more, the embedded bundles will be automatically activated for 30 days.
  • Mobile cards with activated “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan are not intended for use with modems and Wi-Fi devices. In case the card with the indicated tariff plan is used in a modem, or a Wi-Fi device, limitations in Internet access are possible when using Internet.
  • “+3GB”,  “+10GB”,  “+20GB”, “+Premium”, “+Unlim”, “Restart”  services, as well as services intended to convert on-net minutes to megabytes are not available within the “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan.
  • “+100 minutes” and  “+300 minutes” service are available to subscribers of “UNLIM Basic” tariff plan with active packages:
