Recharge from your Russian number, too

Now the subscribers of the “MTS Russia” mobile operator can easily recharge the account balance of their Viva subscriber friends and family members from their Russian phone numbers.

Subscribers of “MTS Russia” can recharge the account of a Viva subscriber from one’s mobile phone by sending an SMS to the 3116 short number in the following format:

37494XXXXXX 100,

 or

374_ _XXXXXXX 100,

where:

the 37494XXXXXX is the number, which is getting recharged, and 100 is the amount of recharge (shall be indicated in Russian roubles). The amount of recharge shall range between 20 and 10 000 roubles.

Notes

• The sum of the recharge is sent to the account balance of the Viva subscriber.
• The foreign currency exchange is performed based on the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
• During the transfer of the sum to the main account of the Viva subscriber a commission is charged equal to 3.5% of the transferred amount.
• Amount recharge implies transfer of rights to use services equal to the sum. The transferred sum cannot be used in the form of financial means.
• The validity period for the prepaid subscribers depends on the size of the recharge amount.

• The recharge amount is indicated in Russian roubles as a whole number without space, dot, or point from within the range between 20 and 10 000 roubles.
• Subscribers of “MTS”, “MegaFon” and “Beeline” get a response SMS from the operator. In response to the message the subscriber needs to give his or her consent for charging the amount from account of the subscriber. After that the subscriber gets a message confirming the recharge, as well as a notification on charging for the service.
