Routers
In case of 12-month subscription “Huawei” E5576-320 router and in case of 18-month subscription “Huawei B311-221 A LTE” router, are provided free of charge. When subscribing, a mandatory AMD 4000 guaranty deposit is charged, which is reimbursed during the 12th month. A guarantee deposit is also charged depending on the current credit limit.
Device provisioning terms
Throughout the entire mandatory subscription period, ownership of the Device belongs to the Operator. The right of ownership for devices is transferred to subscriber upon expiry of respective 12/18 (twelve/eighteen) months of mandatory subscription or on the moment the price of the device is paid in full. In case of termination of subscription before the expiry of the defined period the subscriber shall pay the price of the device to the operator on the following terms․

*Internet package provided by tariff plan can be used within 30 days after the activation. Package activation date is calculated starting from the day of activation. Thus, for the package activated on June 20, 2020, upon the consumption of the embedded Internet, a new package will be activated again on July 20, 2020.

- Subscribers can check their used Internet traffic via “My Viva” mobile app or by sending the word traffic to the short number 2030. Download “My Viva” application on Play Store / App Store.

- The tariff plan is not available in roaming.
- When using packages, the Internet speed is not limited by the tariff plan and depends on the coverage in the given area and the modem in use.
- In the frames of this tariff plan in case of suspension or termination of the contract before the end of the subscription period the device fee is charged in full independent of number of months of usage.
