The service is available to subscribers of prepaid and postpaid “Viva”, “X”, “Y”, prepaid “Z”, “START”, and “START+” tariff plans with both active and inactive packages, as well as to subscribers of “GO” tariff plan.
The service is available within 30-day period starting from the moment of activation, for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
To check the status of the service, send *406#.
In case of insufficient funds on the account balance to activate the service, the prepaid subscribers can use the “Recharge+” service.
For postpaid subscribers, the service can be activated if the limit and the deposit are sufficient for activation.
The “+Unlim” service remains active till the end of its activity period, specified at the moment of activation, in the following cases:
1) when the subscriber switches the tariff plan,
2) when the subscriber reactivates the packages before the expiry of their validity period,
3) when the tariff plan packages are automatically prolonged.
In case of having an active “+Unlim” service, it can be reactivated starting from ten (10) minutes before the end of the activated service activity period.
In case of having the service “+Unlim” activated it is not recommended to activate other services providing Internet package (e.g. “+3GB”, “+10GB”, or other).
“+Unlim” service is not available in roaming.
For all tariff plans with an activation fee of 3000 AMD or less, the priority is given to the activation of tariff plan packages.
