To exchange the minutes with MBs, simply dial *878*minutes# or enter “My Viva” application from your smartphone.

The application is available on both Google Play and App Store.
The service can be managed also by calling 111 and following the voice prompts.

Notes:

• To convert on-net minutes to MBs the subscriber needs minimum 1000 minutes.
• The remaining airtime after the conversion should be at least 1000 minutes.
• Converted and available for conversion MBs amount can be checked by sending *878# command.
• The prepaid subscribers can use the converted MBs till the expiration of the packages provided by “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “Sun”,“Sun regional” and “START”, “START+” tariff plans. The postpaid subscribers can use the converted MBs till the last day of the current month.
• There is no limitation in quantity of conversion.
• The prepaid subscribers can reactivate the packages of the current tariff plan by dialing *208*4#: in case of reactivation the remaining packages, as well as the converted MBs are zeroed and new packages are activated with a validity period of 30 days.
• Converted MBs are not available in roaming.
• In case of insufficient funds on the account balance when converting on-net minutes to MBs, the prepaid subscribers can use the “Recharge+” service.
• In case of available active Internet packages with the subscriber, the MBs, received in the result of the conversion, are consumed in the first place.
