1. The service is not available after the end of prepaid card validity period. Validity of your account cannot be more than 1024 days. 

2. The package can be used within 7 days after the activation. In case the package is consumed before the expiration of the 7-day period, the package can be reactivated.

3.“Super Couple” service is not available for “Viva” tariff plan subscribers.

4. The terms of “+3GB” and “+10GB” services within the framework of “Viva Bonus” for the subscribers of “X”, “Y”, “Z”,  “START” and “START+”, as well as “Viva” tariff plans correspond to the terms of the “+3GB” and “+10GB”services outside the “Viva Bonus”.

5. Mobile devices, accessories and other bonus items offered within the “Viva Bonus” program are available as long as they are available in the Company’s stock.

6. The terms of “+100 minutes” service within the framework of “Viva Bonus” for the subscribers of “X”, “Y”, “Z” ,“UNLIM”, “START” and “START+” tariff plans correspond to the terms of the “+100 minutes” service outside the “Viva Bonus”.

7. If sufficient, the accumulated points can be converted in “My Viva” app and on “Internet Assistant” portal into any of the listed bonuses. In case exchange via USSD command option is available, the USSD command is indicated next to the bonus description.

  • Online - in your “Viva Bonus” personal page,
