1.           What is the service “+Premium” by Viva?

“+Premium” is a package of services, which includes 30 GB Internet and a subscription to “Yandex Plus”. With “+Premium” you get access to music, podcasts and audiobooks on “Yandex Music”, movies and shows “Kinopoisk”, the world’s bestselling books and all-time classics with “Yandex Books”, as well as 10% more affordable rides with “Yandex GO”, along with other benefits.

 

To use the advantages and the privileges of “Yandex Plus”, activate your subscription: create a new создайте “Yandex ID” in “My Viva” mobile app or use the one you have. “Yandex Plus” subscription terms and conditions

 

2.          What is included in “Yandex Plus”?

“Yandex Plus” means access to movies and shown on “Kinopoisk”, to music and podcasts on “Yandex Music”, to books, including audiobooks, on “Yandex Books”, as well as 10% more affordable rides with “Yandex GO”. Please read the up-to-date list of loyalty program services.

 

3.         Which apps need to be downloaded?

To activate subscription to “Yandex Plus”, you need to download “My Viva”. “Yandex Plus” is available in “Yandex” services. To activate subscription to “Yandex Plus”, one can download “Kinopoisk”, “Yandex Music”, “Yandex Books”, or “Yandex GO”, enter using his or her phone number and link it in “Yandex Passport”. 4.        What shall I do, if I have an active account in “Yandex Plus”?

You can deactivate the prolongation of the active subscription in your personal account in “Yandex Plus”, and then activate the “Yandex Plus” within the service “+Premium” by Viva in the Viva mobile app.

 

5.        I have deactivated my paid subscription; how can I get the money back?

According to the terms of “Yandex Plus” you have the right to discontinue the prolongation for the next period in your account page in “Yandex Plus”. In that case the subscription will be terminated starting from the day following the last day of your paid subscription period.

 

6.       I am unable to download “Yandex” apps, or I encounter problems in the apps

Please check your Internet connection, your account balance, as well as the available memory space on your smartphone. If that does not work, contact the “Yandex Plus” support team.

 

7.        How do I replace the linked “YandexID”?

You can activate the subscription in “My Viva” apps, by entering your active “Yandex ID”. In case of questions, contact the “Yandex Plus” support team.

 

8.       Who shall I contact in case of questions?
