  • When will the packages provided within my “Viva” prepaid tariff plan be reactivated?
    The packages provided within “Viva” prepaid tariff plan will be automatically prolonged 30 days after the initial activation.
  • What will happen if I do not have sufficient account balance for reactivation of the packages after 30 days of their activation?
    If, by the end of  the activity period of the packages, there is insufficient balance on your account, the packages will not be reactivated, and you will continue using the services based on per minute/ per MB / per SMS tariffs set by the tariff plan.
  • I am “Viva 1500” tariff plan subscriber. Can I switch to another “Viva” tariff plan, if my packages are still active?
    Yes. You can switch between “Viva” prepaid tariff plans by dialing the corresponding USSD code provided in the table below:

  • Is it possible to switch back from “Viva” tariff plan to my old tariff plan via USSD code?
    Yes, you have an opportunity to switch to “YES” tariff plan by dialing *131*555#. The switching fee is AMD 500. 
  • I have been using “Viva” tariff plan for 30 days and I have not had sufficient balance on my account today so the activation of the packages has not prolonged. How can I activate them?
    All you need to do is recharge your account. As soon as your balance becomes sufficient (for example, AMD 1500 for Viva 1500, AMD 2500 for Viva 2500, etc.), the system will deduct the amount and will automatically activate the packages for you.
  • Can I use the code *161*0# to manually deactivate automatic prolongation of activation of services each month?
    No. Dialing *161*0# will only deactivate price plan switch at the end of the validity period of current services. For example, if you are a “Viva 3500” subscriber and wish to switch to “Viva 5500” when “Viva 3500” services expire, you should dial *161*5500*1#. Later, if you change your mind and want to stay in “Viva 3500” price plan, you should dial *161*0# to cancel your request for tariff plan switch after the expiry of the current package validity period.
  • If I have monthly “BIT 30”, “Super 0” or other service offering free airtime or Internet, will they be active, if I switch to any of “Viva” tariff plans?
    Yes, all active services (excluding “Jan-Jan” services) will be transferred to new “Viva” packages and will be consumed first before the packages provided within the chosen “Viva” tariff plan. Please note, however, that the following services are not available for “Viva” tariff plans and will be deactivated upon the expiry of the service validity period:
    • «BIT 30»
    • «Jan-jan» and «Jan-jan Monthly»
    • «Super 0»
    • «Super Couple»
    • «SMS package»
  • Is there a possibility to deactivate the automatic prolongation of activation of services each month?
    No.
  • Will the tariff plan activation fee be automatically charged in roaming?
    Yes. If you are planning a long trip, we advise you to visit the nearest service center and switch to “Yes” tariff plan to avoid unnecessary charges in roaming.
  • I am “Viva 1500” tariff plan subscriber. I would like to switch to “Viva 2500” when my current packages are expired. How can I do it?
    If you wish to switch to another Viva tariff plan after the expiry of your currently active packages, you can do so by dialing a USSD code and placing a request for delayed price plan switch.

  • I have converted 30 minutes within Viva-MTS network using my “Viva-MTS Bonus” points and still have unused minutes at the time of switching to one of “Viva” tariff plans. Will the unused minutes be transferred to the new “Viva” tariff plan?
    Yes, unused minutes will be transferred to your “Viva” tariff plan and will be consumed first before the consumption of on-net airtime provided within the chosen tariff plan.
  • How can I switch to “Viva” prepaid tariff plan?
    If you are a subscribed to “YES”, “Alo We” or “Dialect”, you can easily switch to any of “Viva” prepaid tariff plans by dialing the corresponding USSD code provided in the table below:

    If you are subscribed to other prepaid or postpaid tariff plans, you can visit the nearest Viva-MTS service center to switch to the preferred “Viva” tariff plan.
  • I have fully consumed one of packages for example, the Internet package but still have a few days until package reactivation (automatic prolongation). Can I reset all my packages before the expiration of the 30-day validity period of the current package?
    Yes, at any time before the expiration of the 30-day validity period you can reset all your packages at once by dialing *161*4#. The new packages will be activated and will be valid for 30 days. Note: resetting the packages will not add the new packages to your existing ones. It will replace them.
  • What other services are available for “Viva” tariff plans?
    In addition to “BIT 1”, “Super BIT 1”and “Super 0 Daily” services, the following services are available for prepaid “Viva” tariff plans.
  • If I activate “BIT 1”or “Super BIT 1” service while having an active Internet package provided within “Viva” tariff plan, which will I consume first?
    The Internet package provided by “BIT 1” and “Super BIT 1” services will be consumed first. The regular Internet package provided within “Viva” tariff plan will be consumed after the expiry of the activity period of “BIT 1” and “Super BIT 1” services.
  • The activity period of the packages provided within “Viva” tariff plan has expired. I would like to switch to another option of “Viva” tariff plan. How can I do it?
    If you are subscribed to one of “Viva” tariff plans, do not have active packages and want to switch to another option of “Viva” tariff plan, you can do so by dialing the corresponding USSD command and placing a request for switching to the preferred tariff plan after the next recharge. Please make sure there are sufficient funds on your account for automatically activating the packages of the new option.
