1. What is “Smart Kids”?

“Smart Kids” is a modern educational and entertainment service for children of any age, and their parents.

When you subscribe to the service, you get access to thousands of interesting cartoons, exciting electronic and audiobooks. The portal contains the best content for children.

Learn new things, watch your favorite cartoons, read books, listen to fairy tales without paying for Internet traffic and commercials!

2. What is the advantage of the "Smart Kids" service?

By activating the “Smart Kids” service, you get several advantages at once:

  • 3 days of trial use (provided that the service is activated for the first time);
  • the ability to use one subscription on 5 devices;
  • no ads when consuming content;
  • the subscriber's main Internet package is not consumed when using the service.*

*Internet roaming fees are charged according to the tariffs set for the given destination.

3. How to activate the "Smart Kids" service?

You can activate the service in the following ways:

 

Option 1: using personal account (at any page of the service) by visiting the portal at https://smartkids.viva.am.

Option 2: by sending an SMS message to the short number 1234 with the following text:

  • "Start1" to subscribe for 1 day,
  • "Start7" for 1 week subscription;

And following the link received in response SMS

 

4. What is the fee for the service?

 

  • For 1 day: AMD 65
  • For 1 week: AMD 400

 

No additional fees are charged when sending SMS messages to the short number 1234.*

 

All prices include VAT.

* SMS sent to the short number 1234 in roaming is charged according to the tariff set for roaming in the given area.

 

5. Is there a trial period?

 

Yes, all users, upon the first activation of the service, are provided with a trial period of 3 days:

  • during the trial period you can use the service without limitations;
  • you can unsubscribe from the service before the end of the trial period and no fee will be charged;
  • upon completion of the trial period the paid version is activated automatically;
  • the trial period is granted only once, and when re-subscribing the fee for the service is charged on the first day of subscription.

 

6. Will the fee be charged, if there are no sufficient funds on the balance?

In case you do not have sufficient funds on your balance to pay for your subscription, the service fee will not be charged and the service will be suspended.

The service will be available again when the fee is successfully charged upon the recharge of your account balance.

7. How to deactivate the "Smart Kids" service?

You can deactivate the service in the following ways:

 

Option 1: by sending an SMS message to the short number 1234 with the text “STOP”;

Option 2: using personal account (at any page of the service) by visiting the portal at http://smartkids.viva.am.

 

8. How often is the catalogue updated?

 

The catalogue is updated every week.

9. Can I change the type of my subscription to “Smart Kids”?

In order to change your subscription type, you first need to deactivate the current subscription, and then activate the new one in one of the indicated above ways.

 

 

10. Can I use the service from a PC or laptop?

 

Yes, the website: https://smartkids.viva.am is fully adapted for desktop and mobile.

 

11. Can I subscribe and use the app via Wi-Fi?

 

To subscribe and browse the app via Wi-Fi, you will need to additionally confirm your phone number by following the instructions in the “Smart Kids” app.

 

When subscribing to the service while using the Internet via a Mi-Fi device or 3G/4G router, or when connecting to Wi-Fi via personal hotspot, the service fee may be charged from the account, or credited to the phone number that is set on the given device, and not from the account or the phone number that is installed in the smartphone. In addition, the SMS notification of successful subscription can also be sent to the mobile number set in the corresponding device. Services will be available until your browser data is deleted.
