Monthly fee for the device obtained within the “STARTPHONE” and “STARTTAB” tariff plans

• In case serious defects are detected during the warranty period of the phone, and in case it is not possible to exchange the phone with another one of the identical model, the subscriber is refunded the sum of the paid device fees included in the monthly fee of the tariff plan (the fee for services, which are embedded in the monthly fee of the tariff plan and have been provided to the subscriber, is not refunded), and the contract signed with the subscriber is terminated accordingly. Then, upon the subscriber’s consent, a new subscription contract within “STRATPHONE” tariff plan is signed based on which a new phone is provided to the subscriber.
