“My Viva” is a simple solution adjusted to subscribers’ needs, which lets:
By sending the command *240*other number# subscribers can receive the password to log in to “My Viva” from their other phone number on their main phone number. This service is designed for subscribers whose other phone number is used on a device that cannot receive SMS, such as on electric cars.
To register another phone number in “My Viva” or reset the password, you need to send the command *240*other number# from your main number.
The service is available if both phone numbers are registered in the name of the same subscriber and if the other phone number is not used on a smartphone and does not have an opportunity to receive SMSs.
