• The monthly fee includes both AMD 3500 for the provided services and the monthly amount for the smartphone.
• Before subscribing to the tariff plan and getting a smartphone, the subscriber goes through the process of credit history check that can last up to 2 working days on average.
• The cost defined in the contract is considered as fully paid by the subscriber in case all the equal payments provided by the contract period have been made.
• In case of non abservance of payment obligations on the part of the subscriber provided by “yev ” tariff plan, the payment (collection) of the debt accumulated for the device and mobile communication services is performed as stipulated by the mobile communications services subscription application signed between the subscriber and “MTS Armenia” CJSC.
• After the expiry of the contract period of any “yev ” tariff plan subscription, services continue to be provided on the terms of the “yev EXTRA” tariff plan applicable at the time of the expiry of the contract period, in case by the date of contract expiration (inclusive) the subscriber did not submit an application for contract termination. You can get acquainted with the conditions of the “yev EXTRA” tariff plan on Viva-MTS official website before the expiry of the contract period of your “yev ” tariff plan subscription.
• Viva-MTS bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva-MTS public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
• In case of consuming the 10GB Internet package, depending on the limits and guarantee deposit, a 500 MB Internet package is automatically activated for AMD150/day.
• “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “SMS Package” and “Internet Package” services are not available for “yev ” tariff plan.
• Direct calls to MTS Russia can be made to phone numbers starting with the following codes: MTS Russia: +791, +798, +79780, +79781, +79782, +79787, +79788, +7495, +7499
• Viva-MTS does not guarantee the provision of calls to MTS Russia in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia or in Ukraine is ported from another mobile network of Russia or Ukraine within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
• The embedded on-net airtime and SMS cannot be used for making calls or sending SMS to premium/short numbers.
• The airtime, SMS sending and Internet provided by the tariff plan are not available in roaming.
• Change of card subscriber within “yev ” tariff plan is not possible.
• “+3GB” service is not available within “Yev” tariff plan.
• All prices include VAT.
• When calling to a Viva-MTS phone number, which has switched to another mobile network within mobile number portability service, the subscriber first consumes the airtime for calls to other networks (if available), and in case of their unavailability, the calls are charged in accordance with the tariffs set for the subscriber’s current tariff plan.
• Starting from 1 July 2020 when using “YouTube” and “TikTok” apps the megabytes provided with the tariff plan will be consumed.
