• log in to your personal account,
• fill in the phone number in settings,
• if the phone number is attached to the relevant package, the subscription will be activated immediately.

• You can unsubscribe from the service through the website of “Kinodaran”.

• In order to make use of the service without subscription fees, you need to have active packages provided by “Red 14 000” , “Red 14 900” ,“START+” , “Smart Business Start 2.0”, “Smart Business Unlim”, “Smart Business Pro”, ”Smart Business Plus”, “X” or “Y” tariff plan.
• In order to make use of the service without subscription fees, you need to get registered with the same Viva number with which “Red 14 000” , “Red 14 900” ,“START+” , “Smart Business Start 2.0”, “Smart Business Unlim”, “Smart Business Pro”, ”Smart Business Plus”, “X” or “Y” tariff plan is activated. Otherwise auto-prolongation of the service will be rejected.
• In case of a change of number ownership, auto-prolongation is rejected.
• The “Kinodaran” service is not available when in roaming.
