Hints 
  • Upon consumption of the 30 GB Internet package, depending on the credit limit and on the guarantee deposit, a 500 MB daily Internet package is activated automatically at the tariff of AMD 100 per day.
  • Prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Viva “X” and “Y” tariff plans can activate the service “Yandex Plus” via the “My Viva” application. In the case of prepaid subscription, the service is activated at the next reactivation of embedded packages; and in the case of postpaid subscription – on the first day of the month following the activation.

“Fast” service 

The “Fast” service allows subscribers of postpaid tariff plans to initiate switching to another postpaid tariff plan via USSD command or “My Viva” mobile application without the need to visit a service center.

To use this opportunity, one simply needs to apply for the switch of the tariff plan, by dialing *198# from the mobile phone and, entering the USSD menu, and choose the corresponding option.

You can also initiate the switch directly by sending the command of the preferable option, as shown in the table below:

“My Viva” mobile application can be downloaded from Play Store and App Store.

 After submitting the application your phone number is included in the corresponding list.

 In case the switching process is successfully completed, the switch to the  tariff plans is done on the last day of the current month.

 The service is provided free of charge.

 To terminate the application, one should enter the *198# menu and choose the termination command or simply send *198*0#.

Notes

  • In case of tariff plan switching, the credit limit, debt amount and all other account terms are maintained.
  • The application to change the tariff plan shall be submitted till the last day of the current month, by 16:00.
  • The switching can be terminated till 17:00 of the last day of the current month.
  • Only subscribers in active status and without a guarantee deposit can use this service.
  • The “Fast” service is not available to subscribers using the mobile identification (“Mobile ID”) service. To switch to a different tariff plan, the subscriber needs to visit service center.
  • The packages of the previous tariff plan can be used until 17:00 on the last day of the current month. After 17:00, the tariff plan will change, and the subscriber will continue using the packages for one day provided under the new tariff plan, for which a portion of the monthly fee for one day will be charged.

How to switch to the tariff plan
  • If you are a Viva subscriber.

    Visit a nearby service center with your passport or ID card. Our employees will gladly help you to switch to Y” tariff plan.

  • If you are subscribed to operator’s network.

    You can switch to Viva network preserving your phone number, free of charge. and activate Y tariff plan. To join network, simply visit a nearby service center with your passport or ID card. Our employees will take care of the rest.

Notes
  • Viva bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
  • The free on-net airtime and SMS cannot be used for making calls or sending SMS to premium/short numbers.
  • “SMS Package” and “Internet Package” services are not available for “Y” tariff plan subscribers.
  • “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super Couple”, “Super 0 Daily” services are not available for “Y” tariff plan.
  • The airtime, SMS sending and Internet provided by the tariff plan, as well as the opportunity to use unlimited options embedded within the tariff plan without consuming the main internet package, are not available in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
  • When making calls to Viva phone numbers, first the 1500-minute package is consumed, then the 10 000 minutes of on-net airtime provided by “Y” tariff plan.
  • In the frames of this tariff plan in case of suspension or termination of the contract on any day of the month the monthly fee is charged fully.
  • Direct calls to MTS Russia can be made to phone numbers starting with the following codes: MTS Russia: +791, +798, +79780, +79781, +79782, +79787, +79788, +7495, +7499, +790835
  • Direct calls to “t2” can be made to phone numbers starting with the codes in the list.
  • The offer for direct calls to the Russian “t2” network is available from 05.05.2025 till 05.08.2025 (inclusive).
  • Viva does not guarantee the provision of calls to “MTS Russia” and “t2” in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported from another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
  • When calling to a Viva phone number, which has switched to another mobile network within mobile number portability service, the subscriber first consumes the airtime for calls to other networks (if available), and in case of their unavailability, the calls are charged in accordance with the tariffs set for the subscriber’s current tariff plan.
  • Opening hyperlinks within unlimited options embedded within the tariff plan and along with their usage, data exchange with other Internet resources is possible; in that case the main Internet package MBs within the tariff plan is consumed. In case the main Internet package is consumed some services of the applications may be used partially. To use the main Internet package provided by the tariff plan properly we recommend that you control the balance of your MBs by sending *209#. This limitation does not pertain to “IMUSIC” service.
  • Upon consumption of the 30 GB Internet package, depending on the credit limit and on the guarantee deposit, a 500 MB daily Internet package is activated automatically at the tariff of AMD 100 per day.
  • When using maps and making calls within “Snapchat” the Internet of the main package is consumed.
  • Using content by "Netflix" & "Apple Music" requires paid subscription.
  • “+3GB”, “+10GB”, “+20GB”, “+Premium” , “+Unlim” services are available within the “Y” tariff plan.
  • Mobile cards with activated “X”, “Y”, “UNLIM” or “UNLIM Basic” tariff plans are not intended for use with modems, Wi-Fi devices, or in phones, which are used as Wi-Fi devices. In case the card with the indicated tariff plan is used in a modem, or the phone, it is installed in, is used as a Wi-Fi device, consumption of the Internet of the main package and limitations in Internet access are possible when using Internet, as well as other unlimited services embedded in the tariff plan.
  • All prices include VAT.
  • In order to avoid unexpected charges, it is recommended to keep all the applications up to date. Not updated applications may consume the main Internet package, and some services of the applications may be used partially.
