“Personal” Tariff Plan

From April 1, 2016 the “Personal” tariff plan will be renamed to “Viva 7500” and will be modified.

 The “Personal” postpaid tariff plan is designed for all those individuals and small enterprises, who prefer having fully controllable communication expenses.

For a monthly fee of AMD 7500, the tariff plan provides:

•7500 minutes of on-net airtime per month

•350 minutes of airtime per month to RA other, Artsakh GSM, Artsakh fixed networks, as well as to Russia, US and Canada (till 31.07.2016)
•250 SMS to RA and Artsakh GSM networks per month
•10000 MB of Internet traffic per month (till 31.07.2016)

In case of consuming beyond the mentioned limits, the cost of services is charged according to the set tariffs.

 To use the embedded airtime for calls to Russia, US and Canada, the subscriber needs to make a call through the “Distant Call” service, otherwise the call will be chargeable.

Card provisioning terms

Connection fee – AMD 1000

Guarantee deposit (reimbursed during the 4th month) – AMD 0-20000, depending on the credit limit
Guarantee deposit (for non-resident subscribers) – AMD 17000. The credit limit is AMD 1000.

To check their balance subscribers just need to send the corresponding command.

The embedded airtime, SMS and Internet balance as well as the cost of consumed services can be checked by calling 111 and following the voice prompts.

•Change of number – AMD 1000

•Temporary suspension upon request (max. 1 year) – AMD 500 per month

•Monthly fee for incoming calls only – AMD 800 per month

Notes

•The free on-net airtime and SMS cannot be used for making calls or sending SMS to premium/short numbers.

•The embedded on-net airtime and SMS cannot be used in roaming.
•“SMS Package”, “Internet Package”, “My World” and “Internet Night” services are not available for “Personal” tariff plan subscribers.
•All prices include VAT.
