Graduates of the 5th stream of the “Viva University” program have received graduation certificates

For ten years, Viva has been implementing a successful educational model, becoming a platform for training personnel not only for itself, but also for the labor market. The program provides an opportunity for self-discovery and development for students on the path from higher education to the labor market. Turning theoretical knowledge into practical skills and abilities in a real environment is the most effective way to specialize. Over the past ten years, Viva has provided such an opportunity to about 350 students. For 85 graduates who achieved the best results,  Viva has also become an employer providing opportunities for professional growth.

 

The group of students of the 5th stream involved in the areas of sales and customer service have completed the two-month program and received graduation certificates. Handing them over to the graduates, the Company's General Director assessed the program as an important platform ensuring mutual efficiency.

 

“For ten years, through this educational model, we have managed to record an important achievement in the labor market. In-demand personnel are being trained here, which is important for any employer, and students have a real opportunity to transition from study to work. These certificates are proof of experience and can be an advantage when entering the labor market. We are in favor of obtaining long-term results, which are clearly reflected in the program,” Viva’s General Director Armen Avetisian said.

 

During two months at various Viva service centers, the graduates of the fifth stream of the program discovered the nuances of partner communication, got acquainted with the principles of cross-functional cooperation and discovered the importance of teamwork. The graduates of the program were convinced that the support of an experienced specialist is important. The ability to listen to the customer, identify his needs, provide advice and respond quickly and adequately to the problem are valuable in ensuring subscriber satisfaction. Along with technological leadership, the Company also has to be customer-oriented.

 

Over the years, both business management, approaches and technologies, and customer requirements change. Paying attention to these developments, Viva makes serious efforts to maintain and develop satisfaction in the customer-service line. In parallel with offering business processes, products and services, the Company, which occupies a leading position in the telecommunications market, demonstrates a responsible approach towards the country and society.
