The group of students of the 5th stream involved in the areas of sales and customer service have completed the two-month program and received graduation certificates. Handing them over to the graduates, the Company's General Director assessed the program as an important platform ensuring mutual efficiency.

During two months at various Viva service centers, the graduates of the fifth stream of the program discovered the nuances of partner communication, got acquainted with the principles of cross-functional cooperation and discovered the importance of teamwork. The graduates of the program were convinced that the support of an experienced specialist is important. The ability to listen to the customer, identify his needs, provide advice and respond quickly and adequately to the problem are valuable in ensuring subscriber satisfaction.
