Changes in Viva Armenia CJSC’s General Terms of Provisioning Mobile Electronic Communication Services and General Terms of Provisioning of Data Transmission, Fixed Telephony and Internet Access Services over Fixed Network

Viva Armenia CJSC informs that based on the Decision No 237-Ն of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission dated 02.07.2025,  changes in Viva Armenia CJSC’s General Terms of Provisioning Mobile Electronic Communication Services and General Terms of Provisioning of Data Transmission, Fixed Telephony and Internet Access Services over Fixed Network (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) will enter into effect on 1 November 2025. The currently acting Terms and Conditions, as well as the Terms and Conditions with the changes entering into effect on the abovementioned date are available on the official website of Viva Armenia CJSC in page Legal Information. The changes to the Terms and Conditions are related to the procedures for notifying subscribers of changes and expiration of subscription agreements.
