Due to introduction of innovative and high-performance technologies and solutions through the modernization of the infrastructure of Viva Armenia CJSC, re-equipment of its systems, introduction of new equipment, as well as the expansion of network capabilities, capacities and bandwidth, changes will be made to the terms of a number of postpaid and prepaid tariff plans effective from 1 November and 4 November 2025.
The changes to be made are in line with the conditions of similar offers available in the Armenian market of telecommunications services.

* The volume of the Internet package provided within the framework of the “Sun” prepaid tariff plan will be 20 GB instead of the current 10 GB.
Prices include the value added tax. Other terms of provision of services under tariff plans remain unchanged.
We also remind that in accordance with clauses 14.8, 14.9 and 14.10 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Mobile Electronic Communication Services, the company may, at its discretion, amend the terms of the contract by making a public offer (oferta) to this effect at least 30 (thirty) days in advance, and in case the subscriber does not agree with the changes, he/she has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without additional payment (penalty, fine or cancellation fee) before the date of entry into force of the changes, notifying the service provider thereof in writing and/or in another manner acceptable to the company. If such notification is not received by the company within the specified period, and the subscriber continues to use the services, the company's proposal to make changes is considered to be accepted by the subscriber.
