*In case of 12-month subscription,  “Huawei Wi-Fi E5576-320” router and in case of 18-month subscription  “Huawei B311-221 A LTE” router is provided free of charge.

Device provisioning terms

The right of ownership for devices is transferred to subscriber upon expiry of respective 12 or 18 months of mandatory subscription or on the moment the price of the modem is paid in full. In case of termination of subscription before the expiry of the defined period, the subscriber shall pay penalty to the operator on the following terms:

12 (twelve) months* of mandatory subscription period

• In case of Huawei Wi-Fi E5576-320 router despite of used months - AMD 19 900**

18 (eighteen) months* of mandatory subscription period

• In case of “Huawei B311-221 A LTE” router independent of the months used – AMD 29 900**

* The period is calculated for the period of provisioning data transfer services.

**The amount of penalty is in effect starting from 21 February 2023 for new subscriptions.

Notes:

• In the frames of this tariff plan for subscriptions without free modem option in case of suspension or termination of the contract on any day of the month the monthly fee is charged only for the days of rendered services.
• The tariff plan is not available in roaming.
• When using high speed packages, the Internet speed is not limited by the tariff plan and depends on the coverage in the given area and the modem in use.
• In the frames of this tariff plan in case of suspension or termination of the contract before the end of the subscription period the device fee is charged in full independent of number of months of usage.
• For subscriptions with free modem option the fee is charged only for the days of rendered services.
• All prices include VAT.
