“Business Hub” service: your digital business zone

Boost your company’s products or services by communicating with your customers.

 

If you are a legal entity and direct contact with your customers through messages is important for your operations, then the service “Business Hub” is for you. It provides an efficient platform to promote your products or services.

 

You can activate the service via the website https://businesshub.viva.am.

To activate the service, follow the link https://businesshub.viva.am.

To deactivate, select the “Deactivation” sub-menu in your profile on the https://businesshub.viva.am web portal and follow the appropriate steps.

 

Notes

  • The service is available only to legal entities.
  • It will be possible to use the service only if the profile has been successfully verified after the registration. Profile verification is completed when you upload and send necessary legal documents to the page “About Company”. All the documents must be confirmed with e-signature. The service is provided only when subscribers apply directly through their personal pages.
  • Payment for the service is made from the balance of the service phone number (a special virtual phone number), which is provided automatically. Payment for messages is carried out exclusively on an advance payment basis.
  • The service is only available in the web version.
  • Messages can only be sent to your customers who are Viva subscribers and who have given their consent to receive those messages.
  • Promotional messages are sent directly from the portal by creating campaigns. Such messages can be sent on weekdays from 10:00 to 21:00.
  • Transactional messages are sent via API setup following the guidelines included in the portal. Such messages can be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, according to customer requirements.
  • In order to send the messages, it’s necessary to create templates in advance.
  • It’s possible to have several sender names containing up to 11 characters, but the same name cannot be provided to more than one subscriber.
