Changes will apply to the “Multiaccount” service in the next version of the app.
In the new version, you will be able to access the list of numbers regardless of the device used. When logging into your number’s profile from any device, you will see the same list of numbers. After updating the app version, follow the instructions on your phone screen, if necessary.
Notes
* Lists of numbers where there has been no activity on the main number for the past 6 months will not be transferred to the new version of “Multiaccount”.
** If the main number has multiple lists of numbers created on different devices, only one list will be transferred to the new version of "Multiaccount" — the one with the most recent activity on the main number.
*** Lists of numbers mainly used by the subscriber on an additional number, without switching to the main number in the last 30 days, will not be transferred to the new version of “Multiaccount”.
**** After authorization in the new version of the app, a check will be performed. If the owner of the main number was changed after the list was created, the list of numbers will not be displayed.
