The VoLTE is already available on the Viva-MTS network. VoLTE is a new generation technology, which enables calls over the 4G/LTE network. It provides a higher quality voice connection, and the connection setup takes just 1,5-2 seconds.

What is needed to use VoLTE?

• A VoLTE compatible smartphone with the latest software updates
• Viva-MTS 4G/LTE USIM or eSIM card and network compatibility
• VoLTE connection setting (depending on the device model, they may be somewhat different from the one below):

• For “iOS”: Mobile Data -> Mobile Data Options -> Enable 4G ->Voice & Data
• For “Android”: Settings -> Mobile networks -> Turn on VoLTE call

How to make sure that VoLTE is on?

If you are using smartphones with “Android” operation system, then the HD sign appears on the device screen when VoLTE is connected. For “iOS”, the connection is not visible on the screen, so you can check the connection in the device settings. In addition, if VoLTE is available, the LTE connection sign is visible during the call, while letting you continue using the 4G Internet.
