Promo Lottery Implementation and Organization Rules

1. Lottery Description

“MTS Armenia" CJSC (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), in order to promote mobile communication services, is launching a Promo Lottery (hereinafter referred to as Lottery), within the frames of which the subscribers, who are physical entities and use prepaid services of "MTS Armenia" CJSC mobile network, shall participate in the Lottery every month, and each month by means of software developed by “MTS Armenia" CJSC  winning participants will be selected as winners of the prizes indicated in point 4.2.1. of the present rules.

2. Name and Legal Address of the Lottery Organizer

“MTS Armenia" CJSC, 4/1 Argishti street, 0015, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.  

3. Lottery Implementation Method, Place and Date

3.1. In order to participate in the Lottery, it is necessary to be a physical entity and a subscriber using prepaid services of "MTS Armenia" CJSC mobile network for at least 3 months. Participation in the Lottery is free of charge. Legal entities using mobile communication services of "MTS Armenia" CJSC are not eligible to the Lottery.

3.2. Participation in the Lottery and getting prizes in case of winning shall be considered as unconditional acknowledgment of these rules by subscribers.

3.3. Subscribers indicated in point 3.1. of the present regulation are entitled to participate in the Lottery and to win the prizes mentioned in point 4.2.1. of the present rules.

3.4. The Organizer can, at its discretion, undertake additional measures, change the list of prizes and/or quantity thereof within the frames of the Lottery by placing respective information on www.mts.am official website.

3.5. The present rules and further changes (if available), as well as full information on the Lottery are published on www.mts.am official website. 

3.6. In case of termination of the Lottery the Organizer is obliged to publish information on termination of the Lottery on www.mts.am official website or otherwise publicly notify the subscribers thereof. 

3.7. The Organizer of the Lottery is not entitled to provide information on the Lottery participants to third parties.

3.8. The Lottery will be held only within the territory of the Republic of Armenia. The subscribers of "MTS Armenia" CJSC mobile network who are in roaming, are not eligible to the Lottery.

3.9. The Lottery will be held by December 31, 2018.

4. Winner Determination Algorithm and Prize Awarding Procedure

4.1. Winner Determination Algorithm:

4.1.1. The Lottery is implemented based on random selection principle by means of the software developed by the Organizer. 

4.2. The prizes and the procedure for granting:

4.2.1. Within the lottery based on random selection by means of the software an opportunity to win a prize is granted to 15 000 subscribers from the users of «Viva», “Alo We”, “YES”, and “Dialect” prepaid tariff plans, who get 700 on-net minutes and 700 MB Internet for a 7-day period as a prize.

Each month 5000 subscribers are chosen also from “Viva 1500” prepaid tariff plan users, who get as a prize an opportunity to use 1500 on-net minutes, 1000 MB Internet, and send 150 SMS included in “Viva 1500” tariff plan within 30-day period.

Within the lottery based on random selection by means of the software an opportunity to win a prize is granted to 20 000 subscribers are chosen randomly from prepaid and postpaid tariff plan users. The winners get as a prize 20 GB of Internet for a 3-day period.

4.2.2. The type of the prize as per particular winner is also randomly determined by means of the software developed by the Organizer.

4.2.3. The validity period of the Prize is stipulated in point 4.2.1. 

4.2.4. The winners of Lottery will get SMS notification on the activation of packages and validity period.
