Governing bodies

The governing bodies of Viva Armenia CJSC are the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors.

The following shareholders are represented in the General Meeting:

Fedilco Group Limited - owner of 80% of the ordinary nominal shares of Viva Armenia CJSC

The Republic of Armenia, represented by the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia - owner of 20% of the ordinary nominal shares of Viva Armenia CJSC
