Tigran Gasparyan
Mr. Gasparyan is an experienced manager who has worked for more than 20 years at KPMG Armenia LLC, a network of specialized audit, tax and consulting firms and one of the Big Four audit firms. From October 2014 to March 2023, Mr. Gasparyan held the position of Managing Partner of KPMG Armenia LLC. While working at KPMG Armenia LLC, Mr. Gasparyan led audit work and consulting projects for the largest telecommunications companies in the Republic of Armenia and abroad. Before joining KPMG Armenia LLC, he worked at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in 1998-2002.

Al-Noor Gulamali Abdulla Ramji
From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Ramji served as the Chief Executive Officer of BT (British Telecom) Innovation and Design and Group CIO and CTO for BT Group (British Telecom), one of the world's leading telecommunications service providers. He is currently a board member of Tata Motors Ltd in India as well as a board member of Tata Consultancy Services the leading global technology services company and Jaguar Land Rover. From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Ramji held the positions of Chief Digital Officer and Executive Board Member for Prudential Plc, a group of companies offering insurance and asset management services in Asia and Africa. From 2013 to 2015, he was an advisory board member for Apigee, the leading API management company acquired by Google. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Ramji was the Chief Executive Officer of Misys Banking, part of Misys plc, a group of companies specializing in banking, capital markets and asset management software products in the United Kingdom.

Daniel Jay Eckert
Mr. Eckert is a professional board member and a recognized leading expert in financial technologies (fintech) and omnichannel retail. Over the last 10 years (2010-2020), he held various positions at Walmart Corporation (the largest retail company in the world), having most recently served as Senior Vice President of Walmart Services & Digital Acceleration for Walmart U.S. Mr. Eckert is currently a board member of HungerRush, an American software development company; a board member of Aurora Payments, a leading American payment services company; a board member of IDIQ, a credit and identity monitoring company; and a board member of SodaHealth, a leading healthcare technology and payments company. He also serves as a Venture Partner to Commerce Ventures, a San Francisco-based startup venture capital firm, and leads the operating partner team at Corsair Capital, a New York and London-based private equity firm. Mr. Eckert is also the founder of A9T Advisors, which provides financial advisory services to retail and consumer services companies. In 2020, Mr. Eckert held the position of Chief Product, Strategy, and Development Officer at Green Dot Corporation, an American fintech company. From 2005 to 2009, he was Senior Vice President for Card Services and Retail Services at HSBC in the USA.

Spyros Ierotheou
Mr. Ierotheou is a lawyer and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1997. He holds a Law degree from the University of Sheffield (UK) and a Master’s degree in European and Comparative Law from Maastricht University (Netherlands). He has served in the European Union Law section of the Legal Service of the Republic of Cyprus and in the Office of the Commissioner for State Aid Control. Since 2006, he has been a partner at the law firm Ierotheou, Kamperis & Co. LLC. From 2019 to 2024, he served as a Member of the Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Ierotheou has extensive experience in handling corporate and commercial matters relating to the securities market, as well as litigation involving financial instruments. Since May 2017, he has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Levon Rubinyan
Mr. Rubinyan has around 19 years of experience in the banking system, specifically in the areas of digital business development, client service process management, and efficiency improvement.Currently Mr. Rubinyan is the First Deputy CEO, Chief Business Development Officer, Executive Board Member at AMIO BANK CJSC. From 2006 to 2024, he worked at Inecobank CJSC, holding senior management positions. From 2017 to 2019, he was a Board Member - Director of Operations, and from 2019 to 2024, he was a Board Member - Director of Retail Business. During this time, he led projects for the development and implementation of innovative services for clients, as well as the organization's digital transformation initiatives, coordinating the work of large teams. He also oversaw the development and execution of strategic goals, business revenue and expense management, and the efficient allocation of financial, technological, and human resources, among other responsibilities. Additionally, he served as the Head of Personal Banking and the Head of Marketing Services at Inecobank CJSC.
