1. VIVA Armenia CJSC (legal address: 4/1 Argishti str., Yerevan, Armenia) announces Open Request for Quotation (RFQ) on Combiners and Antenna Monitoring Modules (AMM) invites legal entities (hereinafter Applicants) to submit quotations.

3. The Applicants   shall send password-protected electronic versions of quotations via corporate email to the following address: procurement@viva.am. The password will be requested additionally after Quotations submission deadline.

4. The Quotations have to be submitted not later than 08․09․2025, at 17:00 hours (Yerevan Time).

5. The Open Request for Quotations is not a tender and the given RFQ procedure is not considered as a public tender either. It is a collection of respective proposals available in the market, as a result of which the best offer may be accepted. The process of the request for proposals is not regulated by the Articles 463-465, 1043-1044 of RA Civil Code and the Law on Public Auctions.

6. The Participant of the Procurement Procedure, whose offer was considered as the best, is obliged to fill in and provide documents required for Compliance and Security Check (Questionnaire of Participants, Information request and Information on subcontractors), before the contract conclusion. If possible, risks are revealed, the contract will be concluded with the next best Participant, who will pass a successful check.
