1. “Viva Armenia” CJSC (legal address: 4/1 Argishti str., Yerevan, Armenia) announces an Open RFQ for Sale of Vehicles Exploited by “Viva Armenia” CJSC, with revised quantity and prices and invites legal entities and physical persons (hereinafter Applicants) to submit Quotations.

3. The Quotations have to provided not later than 14 August, 2025, 16:00 (Armenia Standard Time). In case of visiting the warehouse area to examine the vehicles and making a decision on the purchase, Applicants must fill out and sign their price offer with a representative of the warehouse on site, presenting a copy of the passport or identification card.

    

4. The Open Request for Quotations is not a tender and the given procedure of Open RFQ is not considered as a public tender either. The process of the request for quotations is not regulated by the Articles 463-465, 1043-1044 of RA Civil Code and the Law on Public Auctions.
