Job description: Account Manager is responsible for full aspects of establishment of cooperation with Corporate clients via the direct sales and development relationships with them.

S/he is responsible for the sales related administrative tasks, as well as for satisfying clients’ needs and keeping good business relations with them.

 
Job responsibilities

• Conduct direct sales to corporate clients;
• Perform pre sales activities to collect info about potential clients;
• Conduct visits to corporate clients to present corporate offers/solutions;
• Perform sales and development of long-term relationship with potential clients;
• Conduct post sales service to corporate clients:
• Maintain relationship with Corporate Clients via frequent phone calls and meetings;
• Collect and escalate suggestion and issues raised by corporate clients;
• Inform Corporate Clients regarding new tariff-plans, services, promotions of the Company;
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on corporate sales;
• Prepare concerns and issues raised by corporate clients;
• Analyze and report on competitors activities in corporate segment.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Business Administration, Economics or in relevant field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably in telecommunication field);
• Knowledge of all aspects of Sales Techniques;
• Knowledge of Company’s and competitor’s products/services/tariffs;
• Language skills (Armenian, English and Russian);
• Computer skills (MS Office, Windows, Internet);

Job description: The Mobile Sales and Service Specialist is responsible for providing service to the customers, promoting new and existing products, tariffs and services to customers, handling of customer claims and complaints according to the Company’s activities/standards.

Job responsibilities

• Drive to cities and villages according to approved schedule and provide services to the customers;
• Make negotiations with local official institutions for Mob. SC installation and proper functioning;
• Provide services to the customers according the Company set standards and planned indicators;
• Inform and provide necessary promo materials to the customers on the specifications of products, services and tariffs;
• Provide technical support to customers on the activation/deactivation procedures of products and services;
• Make sales of mobile phones/devices, data devices & accessories;
• Provide service to the customers on prepaid/postpaid products, voice and data tariffs;
• Accept payments/refills, sell refill cards, reissue SIM cards;
• Provide customers with info on monthly invoices, balances, payments and refills as well as on activation/deactivation of services;
• Assist customers with information on the products to be obtained by installment and cash as well as on partner companies;
• Develop and approve monthly routes with the relevant SC Sales and Service Senior Specialist;
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on the balance of cards/devices/products in the stock;
• Prepare daily reports on quantity of transactions/cash collected data;
• Provide on time and valuable solution to customer claims/complaints on the spot or by the help of other Functional Units;
• Ensure feedback provision to customers on the status of their claims/complaints;

Required qualifications

• Higher education;

• Awareness of GSM technologies;

• Awareness of Complaint handling management system (ISO 10002)

• Registration in various trading platforms, both state and commercial;

• Control each stage of the bidding process (on-line bidding included);
• Keep up to date database of participation/non-participation to tenders;
• Make analyses of data on won/lost tenders according to the statuses and reasons;
