Changes to the terms of service for “Detailed Bill”

We would like to inform that starting from 2 August 2026 when receiving a printed version of the detailed information on the public electronic communication services provided to the subscriber through the "Detailed Bill" service, at the Company's service center, the fee will be AMD 500 for each requested month.*

 

The terms and conditions for providing a detailed bill through the “My Viva” app and the “Internet Assistant” portal, as well as via e-mail, remain unchanged.

 

*The data presented in the detailed bill will be available for a maximum of 12-month period.
