MOBILE ID service will be provided by imID company from 9 May 2026

Dear subscriber!

We would like to inform you that starting from 9 May 2026, the MOBILE ID service will continue to operate through the mobile electronic signature operator "IM ID" CJSC (imID), which is an accredited certification center in the Republic of Armenia.

This change does not cause any significant changes for subscribers when using the MOBILE ID service. The provision of the MOBILE ID service by imID will allow:

• Using modernized and technically upgraded services that increase your digital security,

• Ensuring stable and high-quality service provision,

• Expanding the possibilities of using MOBILE ID.

Along with the available state platforms, MOBILE ID can now also be used on other frequently used digital platforms and services.

You can get detailed information about the activities and services provided by imID by visiting the website https://imid.am. 

After 9 May 2026, if you continue to use the services provided by imID and/or do not refuse them in writing, your consent to the General Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy of imID will be deemed given and there will be no need for you to take any action.
