New rules for using roaming in Russia

Please note that due to the current rules in Russia, when connecting to the MTS Russia network while in the territory of that country, mobile Internet and SMS services will be available with restrictions for the first 24 hours.

To immediately restore access to the specified services, you must pass authentication. After registering on the MTS Russia network, you will receive an SMS message with the link visit.mts.ru, after entering which and following the instructions, you will be considered authenticated. Authentication can be performed exclusively via the mobile network, and Wi-Fi must be turned off on the smartphone when authenticating.

If authentication is not passed, mobile Internet and SMS services will be restored automatically after 24 hours.
