3. The Applicants shall send the password-protected electronic version of quotations via corporate email to the following address: kmatevosyan@viva.am; procurement@viva.am. The password will be requested additionally after Quotations submission deadline.

4. The Quotations have to be submitted not later than March 26, 2026, the 17:00 (Armenia Standard Time).

5. The Open Request for Quotations is not a tender and the given procedure of Open RFQ is not considered as a public tender either. It is a collection of respective quotations available in the market, as a result of which the best offer may be accepted. The process of the request for quotations is not regulated by the Articles 463-465, 1043-1044 of RA Civil Code and the Law on Public Auctions.
