Postpaid tariff plan subscribers with active accounts can set their additional credit limits themselves. It is possible to reset or increase it to up to AMD 5000 within current month. The limit will revert to its original amount in the beginning of each subsequent month.

You can adjust the additional credit limit up to 3 times a month, which includes increasing it by AMD 1000 and resetting it once. The service is provided free of charge․

Notes

• The service is available to those subscribers of “Viva”, “X”, “Y”, and “UNLIM” postpaid tariff plans who have made the relevant payments for 6 consecutive months.
• The service can only be activated by postpaid tariff plan subscribers with active phone numbers who do not have guarantee deposits.
• The service cannot be activated if the subscriber has a negative account balance.
• The credit limit change applies only to current month. On the first day of each month, the credit limit reverts to its original amount, which is the one specified upon subscription or last confirmed by the subscriber at a service center.
• The additional credit limit can be changed 3 times per month. If the subscriber resets the credit limit, they can no longer adjust it within the current month.
